Which area is right for me?
Oro Valley and Marana offer newer neighborhoods and easy access to shopping and trails. The Catalina Foothills give you views close to town. Vail and Tanque Verde have more space, and Sonoita, Tubac, and Rio Rico offer a slower pace. Tell me how you live and I'll narrow it down.

Can I buy from out of state?
Yes. Many of my buyers are relocating from California, Oregon, Washington, and the Midwest. I do video walk-throughs, coordinate inspections, and handle the local details so you can close with confidence.

What's different about buying a horse property or a home on acreage?
Water, zoning, and the barn. I look at well depth and water rights, confirm how many animals you can keep with the county and the CC&Rs, and bring the right inspectors for barns, arenas, and fencing.

What happens after my offer is accepted?
Inspections, appraisal, and loan approval, usually over 30 to 45 days. I keep every deadline on track and explain each step so nothing catches you off guard.
