What to Know About Buying a Luxury Home

• Views and what's around you. A view can be most of the value. I look at what's below and around the lot that could change it, and whether it's protected.
• Architectural review and HOAs. Many luxury neighborhoods have design review for remodels, pools, and additions. I get the guidelines in front of you before you write an offer.
• Custom construction. Roofs, stucco, pools, and mechanical systems on custom homes need specialists. I bring inspectors who know higher-end builds.
• Financing and appraisal. Jumbo loans and one-of-a-kind homes can make appraisals tricky. I connect you with lenders who do this every day and help you price it right.
